Quiet, no neighbor issues, clean, great shape, mark is good manager. No issues. :) very happy
I have lived here for eight years it is quiet the neighbors are friendly but not nosey the Nash police patrol the park so you feel safe here.
Quiet nobody bothers you. Mark is a great manager! Been here almost two years would recommend being here if you want drama free cause he don't put up with it!!!!
This may not be the best looking mobile home park but it's definitely affordable!
I have lived at oakwood mobile home park for 9 months. Its quite to say the least. It has a great maintenance staff and park manager/owner. I would recommend this park to all.
