'Dr. Rankin is wonderful with my kitties. He is very kind and seems to really care for cats. (I have been to 2 other vets in texarkana that have treated my cats poorly and even said they preferred dogs.) I would have given a 5 rateing, but in the 4 or 5 times I visited, the receptionest has been in a bad mood, rude and ignored me while I was standing there waiting to check in or out. I think that everyone likes to be treated pleasantly. I still use Dr. Rakin, and just ignore her. :-) He and other staff are worth putting up with her.
